Description: Shrub or tree to 15 m. leaves generally elliptic, (7 -) 10 - 12 (- 15) X (1 -) 2 - 3 (- 5) cm, coriaceous, above and below glabrous, apex acute to acuminate, base cuneate. Inflorescence an axillary cyme, flowers 5-merous. Fruit ellipsoidal to globose, 6 X 6 - 8 mm.
