Description: Trees up to 30 m tall; bark dark grey, with longitudinally arranged corky lenticels; blaze cream; young branchlets terete, rusty tomentose, later glabrous; latex white, profuse. Leaf lamina 7-15 x 2-4 cm; petiole 0.5-0.8 cm long, canaliculate. Inflorescence axillary; flowers white; pedicel 0.3-0.5 cm long. Berry, globose 2.5-3.5 cm diameter, 5-6 locular; 1-seeded, brown, shining, to 1.9 cm long.
