Description: Twining glabrous herbs with underground organ a uaually globose tuber. Petiole 0.5-1 cm long. Leaf-blade 3-7 cm long and 0.3-2 cm wide, very variable in shape. Cymes few to many flowered. Corolla 2-5 to 5 cm long, greenish-white, stripped with purple on the tube, yellowish within. Merocarps linear, tapering to the apex, smooth.
