Description: Dichotomously branched annual herb. Leaves elliptic, oblanceolate or obovate, 1.5 - 7 X 0.75 - 2 cm, acute or obtuse at the apex, attenuate and subpetiolate at the base, margins shallowly serrate, whitish pilose on both surfaces. Capitula 4 - 5 mm in diam. in flower, c. 15 mm in fruit on peduncles 2 - 5 (-10) mm long. Achenes of disc flowers sterile, glandular.
