Description: Erect or straggling herb. Stems bluntly quadrangular, puberulous. Leaves truncate or cordate at the base 3-.2 x 1.8-4.8, apex acute, margins crenate or entire; petioles to 1.8 cm. Racemes simple. Flowers second, corolla yellow or white, tinged pale violet-blue at throate, tube 1.6 cm long. Capsule clavate, 1.5-3.2 x 0.5 cm , pilulose, seeds 3-5 x 0.5-3 mm.
