Description: A medium sized tree with smooth pale brown bark. All parts glabous. Leaf lamina 7 - 12 X 3 - 5 cm, oblanceolate, thinly coriaceous, lustrous, densely punctate beneath, drying pale grey-brown; base narrowly attenuate cuneate; apex shortly broadly acuminate; intermarginal nerve c. 1 mm within margin. Cymes - 4 cm long; petals - 10 X 5 mm, elliptic, calyptrate.
